2. What this notice covers

This notice explains how Saturated Love processes personal data when you use the directory, the magazine, the request forms, or the contact form. We do not run advertising or analytics cookies.

3. Hosting (Vercel)

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you load a page, Vercel processes technical request data (including IP address, time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system) to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Vercel acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Data may be processed in the United States. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 4. Cookies

We do not set our own cookies for tracking, advertising or reach measurement. Language is chosen via the URL (/de or /en), not a cookie. Technically necessary cookies may be set by the host or the browser for security or the connection. There is no cookie banner because there is no optional tracking.

5. Maps and outbound links

Listing pages can show a map embed from OpenStreetMap. That request goes to openstreetmap.org. We do not control OSM logs. Opening “directions” or Google reviews sends you to Google. Share links (WhatsApp, X, email) only load those services after you click. Until then, no data is sent to those platforms from this site.

6. Forms

If you submit a venue, event or claim request, or send a message via the contact form, we process the data you enter to handle the request. Typical fields are name, city, category, website, a proof email (domain or imprint), optional phone and notes. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We do not use this data for advertising. We keep it as long as the review and any follow-up require, then delete it. Replies come from info@saturatedlove.com.

7. Directory content

Listings show publicly available venue data (name, address, hours, ratings, review text). That is editorial directory content, not data we collect from you as a visitor. Names that appear in third-party reviews remain data of the original platform.

8. Fonts

Fonts are bundled with the site and served from our host. Your browser does not call Google Fonts when you open a page.

9. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact: info@saturatedlove.com. 10. Security and changes

Transmission uses TLS. We may update this notice when the service or the law changes. The version on this page applies to your next visit.
